Hurry! SSC GD Application Correction Window Closes Today
Candidates can make the changes by visiting the official website at ssc.nic.in.

The correction window for the applications of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) GD Constable recruitment was opened on January 4, 2024. The applicants who may need to make some changes in their applications can do so by today, that is January 6, 2024. According to reports, a lot of candidates have applied for the post of General Duty constable. The last date to submit the application was December 31. 2023. Now, the commission has opened the correction window for the applicants. It will close at 11 pm tonight. Candidates can make the changes by visiting the official website at ssc.nic.in. To make the rectifications, they have to pay Rs 200. It is important to note that candidates are allowed to make the changes only twice. For the second correction, Rs 500 are to be paid. The payments are to be made through debit/credit cards, net banking, or UPI.

The SSC GD Constable exams are scheduled to commence from February 20, 2024, and will go till March 12, 2024. The candidates are going to be assessed in four stages. These four stages are: Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST). Then the candidates have to go through a medical examination.

Follow the mentioned steps to make the necessary corrections in the application forms.

-Go to the official website of the commission, ssc.nic.in.

-Log in to the website with the SSC GD registration number and password that the candidates were given upon registering initially.

-Check carefully for any errors in the application, and then edit accordingly.

-When you have made the changes, go through the application again, and make sure everything is correct.

-After you are done editing, submit the application form.

The recruitment is being done for 26,146 vacancies, which includes posts in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR).
