A Reddit user recently published a video of designer Ayush Kejriwal firing Surbhi Chandna’s PR for requesting free outfits for her opulent wedding. The designer became agitated by the request, and he tweeted a screenshot of his chat with the PR, in which he simply refused any free items. Furthermore, Ayush stated that he dislikes giving free clothes to celebrities, but this has gone a step further as they have requested free outfits for their wedding.

As soon as the post was made on Reddit, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, “This is so messed up considering out of all the people in the world they have the most money to spend on their special day yet they need to beg for freebies,” while another said, “She really thinks she’s a big actress whom brands would be falling over to sponsor.”
On the other hand, another user said, “While I think it is a 2 way street, as many designers also sponsor for free, so that they can get the recognition. In Surbhi’s case, she could have paid when she can afford a lavish destination wedding. The guy could have put it more professionally though, if his concern was to call out the issue. But I liked the last part that he mentioned is so true. They get the outfits for free and someone who wants to replicate that will actually pay for it.”

Surbhi and Karan have been together for 13 years, having met in Mumbai in 2010. Last month, Surbhi took to Instagram to announce her wedding to Karan Sharma. Surbhi and Karan were seen in photos posing with their pet dog. The pair were enjoying the picturesque splendour of a park with their furry companion. Reportedly, Surbhi and Karan are planning to marry in March 2024. However, the pair has not yet formally announced their wedding date.
