Bigg Boss 17: Samarth Jurel Admits Provoking Abhishek Kumar To Slap Him
A clip of Munawar Faruqi indirectly making Samarth Jurel admit that he was the one who provoked Abhishek to slap him has grabbed the eyeballs of the masses.

Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 17 has been treating viewers with multiple twists and turns. While the contestants have their eyes on lifting the coveted trophy, the BB House is marred with arguments. In the latest episode, things took a turn for the worse. It so happened that when Isha Malviya and her partner Samarth Jurel, nicknamed Chintu, teased Abhishek Kumar’s mental health issues, the latter slapped Samarth right across his face, leaving the others shocked. Now, a clip of Munawar Faruqi indirectly making Samarth admit that he was the one who provoked Abhishek to slap him has grabbed the eyeballs of the masses.

The short video clip dropped on X (formerly Twitter) showed Munawar Faruqi and Ankita Lokhande having a chat with Samarth Jurel. “Chintu ko ye ni pta ki big boss aisei hi kisi clip ka wait kr rhe the… Chintu just describing the Slap Incident,” read the note. The video showed Munawar pointing at Samarth and saying that he was feeling very happy after being smacked. “Tu chahta thha ki woh (Abhishek) trigger ho aur tere pe haath utha dae (You wanted to trigger Abhishek so that he raised a hand on you).”

In response, Samarth Jurel agreed that all that pent-up anger and hatred that he harboured for Abhishek Kumar needed a vent out. He was aware that hitting Abhishek would lead to his eviction, so Samarth decided to hit Abhishek with his words instead. That’s when Munawar Faruqi pointed out that when Abhishek smacked Samarth, the latter did not slap him back, underlining the fact that it was all Samarth’s plan to paint Abhishek in the wrong light. With the truth revealed, Munawar urged Bigg Boss to make the right decision with proper judgment.

In the last few seconds of the clip, Abhishek Kumar was seen folding his hands and seeking an apology from Bigg Boss. He promised not to engage in physical fights with anyone and to be careful about further similar incidents taking place. His only plea was that Bigg Boss permitted him to stay in the house and not evict him for his misdemeanour.

Reacting to the clip, one user lauded Munawar Faruqi for being “so sharp.” Many shared the sentiment that he was a “Lone Lion.” The slogan “Nation supports Abhishek” also found its place in the comments.

Bigg Boss 17 is currently streaming on ColorsTV and is also available on JioCinema.
