The NBSE has uploaded the Design of Question Papers and Blueprint of Question Papers for both HSLC and HSSLC Examinations 2024 at nbsenl.edu.in

The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has released crucial information about the upcoming High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations in the state. A total of 22,136 candidates are set to participate in the HSLC exam, while another 17,911 candidates are enrolled for the HSSLC exam.

The HSSLC Examination 2024 is scheduled to commence on February 12 and will conclude on March 6. Simultaneously, the HSLC Examination 2024 will take place from February 13 to 23. Within the HSSLC Examination, candidates are distributed across Arts (14,167), Commerce (949), and Science (2,521) streams, and will be appearing from 68 examination centres. Additionally, 274 candidates are slated to participate in the Compartmental category, taking place in 20 designated examination centres.

For the HSLC Examination 2024, 22,136 candidates will be taking the test across 95 examination centres. Notably, 449 candidates will also be participating in the HSLC Compartmental Examination 2024, conducted in 16 examination centres.

The Class 11 Promotion Examination 2024 is scheduled to occur from February 12 to March 6, in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A total of 20,166 students have enrolled for this examination across 185 registered higher secondary schools in the state.

To help students in their preparations, the NBSE has uploaded the Design of Question Papers and Blueprint of Question Papers for both HSLC and HSSLC Examinations 2024 on the board’s portal. This initiative aims to familiarise students with the Board’s question pattern.

School authorities, including Head of Institutions and teachers, have been urged to visit the Board’s portal to review the designs and blueprints of subjects. They are expected to guide students on these matters to enhance their preparedness for the examinations.

Emphasising the importance of accuracy in the examination process, the NBSE has reminded the heads of schools to exercise utmost care while uploading the Internal Assessment marks of students to the Board’s portal. The Board has highlighted the need for verification to ensure that the correct internal marks are submitted.

In addition to examination details, the NBSE has outlined a list of permitted and barred items for candidates. Permitted items include an Admit Card in original, a School Identity Card, stationery items, and transparent water bottles. Barred items, on the other hand, encompass any form of textual material, electronic devices, wallets, and eatable items, among others.

Candidates are strongly advised to refrain from engaging in any malpractice during the examinations. Furthermore, they are encouraged to reach the examination centres on time by leaving home early.
