Karmen Petrovic Set To Make An Appearance In Royal Rumble 2024: Report
Karmen Petrovic could be making an entry into the WWE Royal Rumble match.

One of the most promising young talents to fight in WWE, Karmen Petrovic has done a wonderful job to impress fans. Petrovic’s rise has certainly been incredible and it is being learnt that she has now dropped a major hint about making an entry into the Royal Rumble match, scheduled to take place later this month. On Instagram Stories, Petrovic uploaded a video that featured the Royal Rumble timer. The video was also shared by the official X account of Ringside News who wrote, “#WWENXT’s Karmen Petrovic teasing a #RoyalRumble appearance on Instagram. Would you like to see this?”

Karmen Petrovic took the WWE Universe by storm when she cracked open a spot in the semi-finals of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. After a rookie year, Petrovic was able to make the semi-finals against Lola Vice having beaten Jaida Parker in one-on-one women’s action. On the other hand, Vice earned her sport by defeating Dani Palmer on the October 10 episode of NXT.

WWE NXT even posted the win on X while saying, “@karmen_wwe takes the win and advances in the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament! #NXTBreakout #WWENXT.” The winner between Petrovic and Vice would then go on to meet the winner of the Kelani Jordan vs Arianna Grace match in the final. Petrovic ultimately lost her match to Vice who went on to face Jordan in the Halloween Havoc Night 2 on October 31 last year.

Karmen Petrovic is a WWE NXT diva. Petrovic made her in-ring debut under her real name, Monika Klisara, at an NXT house show on March 11 last year. In her debut, she teamed up with Zoey Stark against Indi Hartwell and Lea Mitchell. Four months later she was relaunched as Karmen Pretrovic which eventually became her new identity on the white and gold brand of the company.

Monika Klisara was born in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She escaped the Yugoslav war along with her family before migrating to Canada in the mid-90s. Klisara grew up with a knack for combat sports. She took karate classes early, starting at the age of five. Seven years down the line, she managed to attain a black belt. Petrovic’s journey saw her win gold at the Canada Games followed by a second gold at the Commonwealth Karate Championships in 2018.

She pursued a journey in the WWE, impressing the company’s officials during her tryouts. Petrovic xeventually ended up joining the Performance Center Fall 2022 Rookie Class.
