Indira Gandhi National Open University Launches Online Agriculture Courses For UG And PG Students
A total of 16 courses including certificate courses for six months and diploma for one year, UG and PG are being run in these programs.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has initiated online agriculture courses, catering to both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels. As per the notification released by IGNOU, interested candidates can apply for these courses through the university’s official website, http://ignou.ac.in/.

The notification consists of 16 courses, comprising a six-month certificate course, a one-year diploma course, as well as UG and PG programs, being offered under these initiatives. Applications are open for various courses including dairy farming, organic farming, beekeeping, poultry production, sericulture and agricultural policy. Additionally, IGNOU provides degrees in specialised areas such as Agriculture Management, Water and Watershed Management and Dairy Technology.
