The government of Madhya Pradesh has made an important decision regarding the primary classes in the state’s schools. As per the new reports, the primary classes in MP will now be taught in the Sanskrit language. Here are all the details of the report.
The primary classes of KG 1 and KG 2 will be taught in Sanskrit in the state of MP. According to more information, the state’s Sanskrit board is set to start the primary classes. The mentioned classes will now be termed Arun and Uday, respectively.
The students will be learning about Sanskrit, Sanskriti and Sanskar, while the studies will not be focusing on the virtual but the reality. They will be introduced to animals like pigeons and rabbits in the classrooms. Interested parents can get their children admitted by August 10, 2024. The institutions will prioritize the admissions of students with working parents, according to more information.
This is a first in the state of Madhya Pradesh; it will include the classes of convent schools. Students will not only learn the language but they will also be taught to recite Shlokas and greet with it. The admissions for the same have commenced at the Sarojini Naidu School, in Bhopal. According to the Project Director Maya Singh, the first batch will consist of 30 children. A lot of admissions have taken place so far.
The students will get a chance to learn through real-life objects instead of just virtual ones. The project designer, Sanjeev Dubey, says that when children are taught about animals as per the alphabet, they will see live animals like rabbits and pigeons and not through book images. To start the practice, the authority is constructing enclosures in the institutions.
Speaking further, Sanjeev revealed that they plan to open 350 primary Sanskrit medium schools, in the whole state. The salary method of schooling is also unique. According to the information given, the fees will be charged to the parent will a low salary. Their two-day salary will be taken as the fee.
