The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE), Pune released the provisional answer key of the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 on December 29. Candidates who have appeared for the NMMS 2023 exam can now check and download their answer key by visiting the official website of MSCE at mscepune.in. It is important to note that the provisional answer key has been released for the economically weaker section (EWS) candidates.
Students who are dissatisfied with the Maharashtra NMMS examination 2023 answers can raise objections, if required, against the answer key. The answer key challenge window for the Maharashtra NMMS is open from December 29, 2023, to January 5, 2024. The objection window is available separately for schools in their login dashboards and for parents on the main website nmmsmsce.in under the heading Interim Answer key. Students should keep in mind that any objection submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Furthermore, statements about errors or objections sent by email, postal mail, or in person will not be taken into consideration. The MSCE has also made it clear that the online complaints made on the council website would not receive a personal response. The final answer key for the Maharashtra NMMS will be made available on the council’s website following the subject experts’ evaluation of the challenges submitted within the allotted time frame.

Step 1: Go to the official website of MSCE at mscepune.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘News & Latest Updates’ section.
Step 3: Then click on the ‘NMMS Maharashtra 2023-24 Answer Key’ link.
Step 4: As a new page opens, candidates have to enter their ‘NMMS seat number’ and ‘Mother’s Name’ in the given space. Then click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 5: The Maharashtra NMMS 2023 Answer Key will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Check and download the provisional answer key.
National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Scheme: What is it?
The NMMS scheme aims to offer financial assistance to deserving eighth-grade (Class 8) students from economically disadvantaged sections. Meritorious students with parents earning no more than Rs 3,50,000 a year are given one lakh scholarships.
This year, the MSCE Pune conducted the NMMS 2023-24 exam on December 24. The qualifying mark to pass the NMMS exam is 40 per cent in each Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) examination.
