UP Board Compartment Exam 2024: Know Important Dates, Fee And More

The Uttar Pradesh State Board of High School and Intermediate Education announced the schedule of the compartment examination for the students of 10th and 12th standard. Candidates who are eligible for the examination can apply from today, that is May 7. The application form for the UP Board compartment examination 2024 can be filled by visiting the official website https://upmsp.edu.in/. The last date for submitting the application form is May 31. The UP Board Compartment Exam is held for candidates who have failed to secure passing marks. Candidates can take the examination for one subject only. Even if a candidate has failed in two subjects, they can select only one subject for the examination. Class 12 students who failed in one subject within their preferred stream ( Science, Commerce and Humanities) or in one paper of Agriculture Part 1 and 2 are eligible to appear for the compartment examination.

Candidates who are appearing for the compartment exam will also have to pay an application fee to complete the registration. The board announced that the application fee is set to be Rs 256.60. Students have to complete the application process and also pay the specified examination fee in order to appear for the examination. This examination is a golden opportunity for the students, who failed to secure passing marks in a certain subject. Students are advised to complete the payment process before the last date.

The Uttar Pradesh State Board of High School and Intermediate Education announced the results of the Class 10 and 12 board exams on April 20. Prachi Nigam emerged as the state topper in the 10th grade, while Shubham Verma secured the first position in the 12th grade. Around 89.55 percent of students passed the Class 10 board exams, while 82.60 percent of students passed the Class 12 board exam.
