The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) Mains 2024 results on July 30. The UPSC ESE Mains result 2024 may be accessed on the commission’s official website, upsc.gov.in, for candidates who took part in the June 23 written test. Using their roll numbers and date of birth, candidates will be able to download the their respective scorecards. In addition to the names of those who passed the test and were selected for the upcoming rounds of selection, the commission has released the roll number list.

The personality test or interview has been extended to 630 applicants, of which 284 are from the civil engineering, 57 are from the mechanical, 75 are from the electrical, and 214 are from the electronics and telecommunications engineering fields. These qualified candidates’ candidatures are only valid when they are determined to be eligible in every way. During the personality exam, applicants would be expected to show genuine certificates supporting their claims on age, educational credentials, community, baseline disability (where applicable), and so on, according to UPSC.

Step 3: A new PDF file will appear, allowing applicants to view their roll numbers.

Step 4: A fresh PDF file will appear, allowing applicants to verify their roll numbers.

Step 5: Download and print a copy of the UPSC ESE Main Result 2024 for further reference.

Candidates who meet all the requirements must complete a Detailed Application Form (DAF), which will shortly be accessible on the official website. Candidates must register before filling out the application form and submitting it together with scanned copies of the required documents. “In the event of non-submission of DAF within the stipulated period, the candidature will be cancelled by the Commission,” the UPSC said. Additionally, the commission warned candidates that they would not be permitted to take the PT if they did not have the actual documents supporting their nomination. They also recommended applicants to thoroughly examine the requirements regarding certificates.

Following the announcement of the final result, candidate marksheets will be accessible on the website for a period of 30 days. UPSC will shortly disclose the interview schedule by roll number, and candidates will be notified of the specific interview date by e-summon letter. UPSC will not consider any changes to the date and timing of the personality test.
