At the opening night of the Rolling Loud festival in California’s Hollywood Park, Kanye West took the stage, accompanied by his daughter North and her friends. During an earlier event, Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s 10 year old daughter surprised fans by announcing her debut album, Elementary School Dropout and most recently, she shared minor details of her upcoming project. In a rare on camera interview conducted by 13-year-old reporter Jazzy, North showcased her professionalism, as she wore a fur hat and a shirt promoting her father’s new album, Vultures. Despite her confidence about her upcoming album, the young reality TV star admitted that she wasn’t sure about the release date and other specific details of her album but hinted at a possible collaboration with her father. The interview was short and sweet.
The conversation began with the two asking each other about their well being, to which they both responded positively. The 10-year-old daughter of Kanye and Kim was then questioned about her upcoming album and feelings towards the project. In response, she kept the details under wraps and simply said, “It’s going to be great.” When asked about the release date, the young singer wasn’t sure and admitted, “Like, I don’t know.” The 13-year-old reporter continued to enquire more information and asked if the Heartless rapper would make an appearance on her album. To this, she claimed, “Maybe. We don’t know yet.”

According to Jazzy, the rare interview with North West was made possible thanks to her mother, Kim Kardashian. Jazzy confirmed this through her Instagram post, where she shared pictures featuring herself with North, Kim and Druski. Sharing the post, the 13-year-old reporter wrote, “Thursday was amazing including an exclusive interview with North West which drops later tonight. Special Thanks to Kim Kardashian.”

Earlier, during the Vultures listening party, North West had excitedly announced her album, Elementary School Dropout alongside her father, stating, “I’ve been working on an album and it’s called Elementary School Dropout.” The title is a clear reference to her father, Kanye West’s 2004 album, College Dropout.
During the Rolling Loud festival, North also showed her talent by performing Talking / Once Again from Vultures 1 alongside her father, Kanye. She arrived on the stage with her own team, which included her cousin Penelope Disick and other close friends.
