Using Android

Open Google One. The app icon looks like a multicolored "1" that you'll find on one of your Home screens, in the app drawer, or by searching.

Tap Cancel membership. Tap Cancel membership again to confirm the action.

Using iPhone or iPad

Open Google One. The app icon looks like a multicolored "1" that you'll find on one of your Home screens.

Tap ☰. This three-line menu icon is in the top left corner of your screen.

Tap Membership plan. It's usually near the top of the menu.

Tap Manage plan. You'll find this near the bottom of the menu or next to your plan details.

Tap Cancel membership. This is at the bottom of the menu.

Tap Cancel your Google One membership. This option will allow you to use Apple services to cancel your membership by yourself. If you need assistance, tap Phone, Chat, or Email.

Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your account. If you're using Apple services to cancel your Google One membership, you'll need to enter your Apple ID and password to continue and an email will be sent to your account confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

Go to https://families.google.com/ and sign in (if prompted). You can use a mobile or desktop web browser to cancel your membership.
