Two children were killed on Monday and eight others injured when their school bus collided with a passenger bus following low visibility due to dense fog in Ambah town near Morena, police said. The bus belonging to Little Flower School was on its way to pick up children when a passenger bus going to Gwalior from Ambah rammed into it, added the police.

The deceased students were identified as Sujata Tomar (18) and Siddhant (6), police said. Among the eight injured, six are said to be serious and have been admitted to Morena District Hospital while the remaining two are undergoing treatment at Ambah Civil Hospital.
The passenger bus was impounded by the police, with further probe being carried into the case.
