The judicial commission's visit to India was put on hold after the defence raised legal questions about its constitution.
New Delhi: The prosecution in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case has filed an application before an anti-terrorism court in Pakistan asking it to decide the fate of the Pakistani Judicial commission which was supposed to come to India last week.
The judicial commission's visit to India was put on hold after the defence raised legal questions about its constitution.
The judicial commission was expected to record statements from Ramesh Mahale, the 26/11 case investigating officer and RV Sawant-Waghul, the Magistrate who recorded the confessional statement of lone surviving Pakistani gunman Ajmal Kasab.
The statements of a few doctors of JJ Hospital who treated Kasab were also to be recorded.
