The body was kept at Pangode Military Camp, Thriuvananthapuram, to pay last respects. On Thursday morning, the body was brought to Mylom from Thriuvananthapuram and hundreds of vehicles accompanied the body from Ayoor junction. The mortal remains were kept for public to pay last respects at his alma mater DVVHSS, Mylom.Kodikkunil Suresh MP, Aiysha Potty MLA, Chittayam Gopakumar MLA, District Collector P G Thomas, Tahasildar Sumeethan Pillai and various elected representatives paid last respects. Hundreds of people reached the school braving the rains to pay tribute to the jawan, who was killed while serving the nation.The body was taken to his house at 12 30 p.m. By 2 p.m, the body was cremated after paying military honours.
