Ashtamirohini Vallasadya held in Aranmula

PATHANAMTHITTA: Thousands of devotees participated in Aranmula Ashtamirohini Vallasadya, marking the Sree Krishna Jayanti celebrations, held on the Sree Parthasarathi temple premises on Sunday.The customary vallasadya offering began after the uchcha pooja of the deity at 11.30 am. NSS general secretary G Sukumaran Nair inaugurated the vallasadya, by lighting the traditional lamp in front of the golden flagmast in the presence of the 47 palliyodam kara members.Devaswom Minster V S Sivakumar, K Sivadasan Nair, MLA, NSS registrar K N Viswanathan, Palliyoda Seva Sangham president K V Sambadevan, secretary Ratheesh R Mohan, vice-president Ramachandran Pillai, Malethu Saraladevi and K P Soman were among those  who were present on the auspicious occasion.
