Class 3 Student Hit By Speeding Car in Gurugram; Parents Blame School
In the complaint given to the police by the child's mother, she said that the girl was dropped on the wrong side of road by the driver.

A class 3 student of Gurugram's Ryan International School was hit by a speeding car just after being dropped from the school bus on Saturday.

The student was crossing the road after getting off the bus when she was hit by the car.

The family of the child lodged a complaint with the Gurugram police. The case was filed under sections 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life) and 338 (grievous hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

In the complaint given to the police by the child's mother, she said that the girl was dropped on the wrong side of road by the driver and said the school was responsible for the incident.

The complaint also said that there was no attendant in the bus.

The girl is severely injured and critical. She is currently admitted in Medanta Hospital and is in the ICU.
