I do want to make point though why did you highlight the Indo-Pak rivalry as far as most Indians are concerned Milkha Singh had never been identified with any rivalry and particularly Pakistanis. A. Thank you very much, most important was my inspiration Milkha singh. From childhood I was inspired by him. Once you are inspired by someone the difficulty level does not matter.

Q. While making a biopic, how difficult is to maintain that commercial paradigm while maintaining that original narrative? Since I felt during the movie that some how the incidents might seem unrealistic but you choose to give it that commercial approach towards those scenes. Asked by: Jai
A. If one has to see just a narrative, one can go for a documentary but cinema is a creative expression which has dramatisation.
