Fire mishap averted at Elamkulam

KOCHI: A fire mishap near the Elamkulam Church on Monday night was averted with the timely intervention of the Fire and Rescue Services personnel.    The incident occurred when the fire set to a garbage mound in an open plot by the  residents of the area flared-up and became uncontrollable.However, no harm was done to anyone’s life or property, said the officials with the Fire and Rescue Services.
