New Delhi: The second season of American musical comedy-drama television show 'Glee' is finally coming to India. And the promos have been specially spiced up for the Indian audiences. Bollywood star Salman Khan's 'Character Dheela' from 'Ready' has been chosen as the background score for the initial rushes.
First season of the hit US show was an instant hit with the Indian audiences. Along with all the glitz, glamour of American high school drama, it's more relatable because of the songs in it. And it's a known fact that songs are the heartbeat of Indian TV and cinema.
The characters from 'Glee' became household names in the season, likes of Rachel, Quinn, Kurt and the of course professor Will and his rivalry with ever-so-fit Ms Sue. And of course only a regular can anticipate if the "Acafellas" will be back in action or not.
The season has been a hit with US audiences and also bagged Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical category at the Golden Globe awards for the second time in a row along with several other awards.
All said and done, the tag line of the show very aptly sums it all, 'the Bollywood of Hollywood is back'!
