THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A delegation of the Confederation of Gowda Saraswath Brahmin (GSB) Devaswoms and Organisations submitted a representation to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy here on Friday seeking government intervention in tracing Raghavendra Theertha, the ousted Shishya of Kashimath Samsthan and to recover the holy idols and invaluable in his possession.The Ernakulam District Court had directed Raghavendra Theertha to return the idols and valuables to Sudheendra Thirtha Swamiji, the supreme pontiff of Kashimath. But Raghavendra who had left his residence has not heeded to the order.The delegation also submitted a 11-point charter of demands, including educational reservation to GSB community members at the TD Medical College, Alappuzha. The delegation included Ernakulam Thirumala Devaswom managing adhikari P Rangadasa Prabhu, AATTD president J Radhakrishna Naick, Confederation joint convener Mohandas Pai, Anugraha Charitable Trust president R Bhaskar Shenoi, T K Sadananda Bhat and P K Nandalal Shenoy.
