Mumbai: HP announced the launch of its new range of notebooks, convertible PCs and a variety of colourful accessories at its APJ Media Summit 2014 in Mumbai. The range includes the HP Pavilion notebook series, HP Pavilion x360 convertible PC, HP Pavilion 23 all-in-one, and the HP Envy 15 notebook PC.
The HP Pavilion 14 and Pavilion 15 notebooks feature a unibody design and come in a sleek package. Priced at Rs 39,990, the new Pavilion notebooks come in multiple colours - natural silver, snow white, aqua blue and vibrant red. With Beats Audio and dual speakers, the new devices are claimed to offer rich sound quality.
The HP Pavilion x360 is the company's new convertible PC. It features a 360-degree hinge that enables users to convert it from notebook to a stand, tent or a tablet. This new hybrid device runs Windows 8 and has a 11.6-inch LED screen. It comes powered by a quad-core Bay-Trail processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 5000GB of hard disk. It is also priced at Rs 39,990.
The HP Envy 15 notebook is optimised for a Windows 8.1 touch experience and has a full HD touch screen. It will be available in India starting from July 20 at Rs 62,990.
Priced at Rs 67,990, the HP Pavilion 23 all-in-one desktop come with a high-definition touchscreen. It will also hit the Indian market on July 20.
Besides this new range of PCs, the company launched new speakers, headphones and headsets. The speaker range starts from Rs 1,20, while the the HP headphones and headsets will come starting at Rs 1,900.
HP's wireless speakers and headphones will be available in India from August 7.
