The Palike has failed to take action in terms of Section 300 of the KMC Act.” He added the palike permits construction of these  buildings by issuing ‘B’ Khathas.He said that BESCOM and BWSSB provide illegal connections to such buildings which are approved by the Town and Country Planning authorities.
