BANGALORE: A 25-year-old youth, who had come to the city in search of a job died in HRBR Layout in Kalyana Nagar.According to the police, the deceased Riwaz Roy, was a native of Darjeeling. He was staying with a friend Sudheendra, searching for a job. On Wednesday night, Roy had gone to pick his friend Sudheendra, who worked in a hotel near CMR College. The duo were returning on a two wheeler and incidentally they had forgotten to close the side stand of the vehicle. As they were passing near HRBR Layout, the side stand rammed to a road hump and the duo fell down from the bike. Roy suffered fatal head injuries while Sudheendra, who was riding pillion, sustained minor injuries. While being taken to a nearby hospital, Roy succumbed to injuries, the police said.A case has been registered in Banasawadi traffic police station in connection with the incident.
