New Delhi: Third Lashkar-e-Toiba operative Showkat Ahmed held in connection with the Udhampur attack will undergo a lie detector test on Tuesday in Delhi.

The Patiala House Court on Monday allowed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to conduct the test.

Showkat was the driver who allegedly ferried the 4 Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists to Udhampur after they infiltrated into India.

From Pulwama in south Kashmir, Bhat was arrested on September 1 by NIA, which is probing the case in which two LeT terrorists from Pakistan attacked a BSF bus in Jammu's Udhampur and killed its two personnel.

One of the terrorists identified as Mohammed Noman alias Momin was killed in retaliatory fire, while another Mohammed Naved was captured alive by villagers and handed over to the police.
