Meditation is a process through which one can experience the real essence of spirituality and in turn divinity. There are several ways and means to practise meditation, which can only be felt intrinsically at different states of mind and it cannot be calibrated and is intelligible. The divine power imbibed through different forms of meditation is so useful that it can create miracles and can even transform human beings into soft, disciplined, genuine and outspoken personalities with extra human intelligence. Our country is a home of spiritual saints like Swami Vivekananda, Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa , Sri Sathya Sai Baba and Buddha who had descended to the earth as true incarnations of God specifically in the interest of human salvation. When humanity is in deep distress, sorrow and suffering because of their karma of the previous and present births, meditation is a means to overcome these and helps them realise their true and natural identity in life. Meditation is the only panacea that can set right all maladies and sins committed during the course of one’s life provided it is practised through constant perseverance and continued efforts. While meditation helps to boost the will power and intelligence, spirituality, on the other hand, brings about a communion with God. At times, when humanity suffers due to inaccessibility to spiritualism and divinity, an access to divinity and God is possible through meditation and spiritualism. Meditation and spirituality bring about an unusual transformation in the quality of life and particularly that of mind, in case the practice is consistently done. These two aspects can liberate humanity from the undesirable earthly bondages and agonies of life due to which the mind, body and soul lead to a distorted set up of normal life. Further, it provides a balance of mind and regulates the thought process, meditation and spirituality weed out all unwanted and undesirable qualities of life, and provide refined and superhuman qualities to life. There are several modes of spiritual practices to achieve and gain the required goals and objectives of life. One such unique and distinct form is the Sahaja Marg or the natural way of reaching the goal through meditation which is practised worldwide. For Sahaja Marg, the guidance of an apostle or Master, impeccably distinct and supernatural in the domain of spirituality, is utterly needed. A well trained Master of spirituality can transmit divine power into the intrinsic bodily and spiritual units of his disciples and ultimately transform them into better human beings. Our country is, of late, leading the world in spirituality through which alone we can shed spiritual light and bliss on humanity through meditation under proper guidance of a guru or a Master of high calibre.
