New Delhi: Debutantes Tanuj Virwani, Aditya Seal and 'Sixteen' actress Izabelle Leite - the starcast of upcoming film 'Purani Jeans'- became the showstoppers for designer Sulakshana Monga on the day four of ongoing Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WLIFW) Autumn/Winter 2014.
The newcomers on the ramp did not look nervous and did justice to the garments especially carved by the designer.
"It was good walking the ramp. The audience were really encouraging, supportive and there was huge round of applause for us and it was encouraging," Aditya told PTI.
"We three are very fortunate that we are given such an amazing platform to showcase these wonderful garments and our film 'Purani Jeans," he added.
'Purani Jeans' is a coming of age film. It's about friendship and is set in the early 90s. The film is directed by award-winning ad filmmmaker Tanushri Chattrji and will be released on May 1.
"We have made the film with full of honesty and sincerity and I hope audience are going to like it. Our characters are very much relatable, The characters are wonderfully written," said Tanuj.
