Real drama continues: Colors to air two new reality shows
Dancing Queen and Chhote Miyan are Colors newest offering to viewers.

Mumbai: After reality show Bigg Boss 2 came to an end, entertainment channel Colors is firm on keeping the eyeballs tuned in with two new reality shows.

The shows brings television viewers two yesteryear superstars Jeetendra and Hema Malini and the controversial Bigg Boss 2 participant Rahul Mahajan.

Jeentendra and the Hema Malini team up but to judging a new reality dance show called Dancing Queen which kicks of on Colors from December 12 onwards.

"Today things have changed, earlier when I was a Bollywood dancer there were so many nice numbers to dance on. Today there is so much western influence, it was a big challenge for me," said Hema Malini.

"Pehle rythm and melody pe stress diya jata tha, ab it's only rhythm no melody, (Earlier, rythm and melody were both stressed upon, but now it's only rythm not melody)," said Jeetendra.

Also hitting Colors is a comedy show Chote Miyan featuring kids aged six to 13, and the highlight here again is the panel of judges. Former child actor Sachin Pilgaonkar and Rahul Mahajan, who seemed completely floored by the kids.

"They gave me a tough time, they interviewed me asking me how was your experience on Bigg Boss 2, and also made a mimicry of my laughter. So they saw the entire Bigg Boss 2 series and asked me questions which you would ask me," said Rahul.

"One thing I should say that the children have won our hearts, we didn't expect this kind of talent. We knew we would get talented kids, but these kids have surprised us, they mean business," said Pilgaonkar.

For a blast from the past with a controversial twist Colors is the channel to head to.
