New Delhi: There is no relief to Subrata Roy as the Supreme Court has yet again denied bail to the Sahara chief. The Supreme Court has insisted that Sahara should pay Rs 10,000 crore to market regulator SEBI before he gets bail.

Roy has been in Tihar jail since March 2014 for not complying with the court's order to return Rs 24,000 crore to investors.

In yet another setback, the apex court has told Roy that within 18 months of him securing bail, Roy has to deposit 36,000 crores to SEBI.
