Apparently Arnold has always been fascinated by India and has been in talks to visit the country for months now.

New Delhi: Delhi has a date with '80s action icon Arnold Schwarzenegger today. And he will be presenting an award to Abhishek Bachchan. The actor and former politician joins a string of Hollywood stars coming to India for work or pleasure. The actor is flying down to the capital, to participate in the 12th Delhi Sustainable Development Summit. Interestingly, Abhishek will also share the stage with him.

The Bollywood actor will receive the award from Schwarzenegger for outstanding efforts by a celebrity towards a greener globe.

Says Sabbas Joseph of Wizcraft, "He is coming as the guest of honour at the Green Globe Foundation Awards and will spend the entire day in Delhi." Adds a source, "Junior B has grown up watching the Terminator star. He is really looking forward to meeting the actor."

Apparently he has always been fascinated by India and has been in talks to visit the country for months now.

Adds a source, "In 2009 Schwarzenegger showed keen interest in the Lighting a Billion lives project by The Energy Research Institute (TERI) and had even lauded the efforts of people towards the project. Unfortunately his visit did not materialise then. Even this time he is spending only one day in the capital and his plans post that are under wraps."

What's your reaction?
