New Delhi: The Supreme Court will on Monday decide whether to allow former Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah to enter the state, in view of the upcoming Assembly polls.
Shah is one of the accused in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.
The apex court is also expected to decide on shifting of the trial to Maharashtra.
