Son kills father

HYDERABAD: A 70 year-old man was killed by his son following family disputes at Ambothu Thanda in Manchal on Saturday. Manchal police said that A Nandya's throat was allegedly slashed by his son Parthga, an agriculturist, at around 4 pm."The parents of Parthya have been averse to his moves to bring back his wife. This made Parthya annoyed and killed his father," Manchal police inspector M Gangadhar said.Parthya and his wife parted ways in 2004. In the past, the accused had killed his daughter Akhila, in 2004 when she quarrelled with his wife.Parthya has been absconding.
