London: Actor Andrew Garfield is worried about how he will be received after his latest film 'The Amazing Spider-Man' releases. The 28-year-old spoke to Tobey MacGuire, who last played the web casting superhero on the big screen, and said his fears are reaching epic proportions, reported Showbizspy.
"Right now I have a host of fears that I'm contending with on a minute-to-minute basis. I'm not in the reality of it yet, so I'm sure I'm imagining it will be much worse than it is," Garfield said. The star, who made his name in 'The Social Network', said the whole celebrity myth is very new and interesting to him.
"I had a very small experience with it, and it's very difficult. Is there any way of containing it? Or humanising it? There's sometimes that separation that happens: There's a wall that goes up between people in the public eye - actors,
musicians, politicians - and the public.
"The whole celebrity myth is very new and interesting to me, whether one can just be an actor and also be in one of these roles," he said.
