TD leader files plaint against Minister

ANANTAPUR: Accusing revenue minister N Raghuveera Reddy of resorting to largescale irregularities during the'Mega Madhanam' project taken up in Anantapur and Kadapa districts during his stint as agricultural minister, TDP district leader Varadapuram Suri filed a complaint against the minister in the Lokayukta.
Disclosing details to mediapersons, here on Monday, Suri criticised Raghuveera Reddy of misusing Rs 70 crore from the Rs 200 crore released for the project.Stating that he had evidence to prove the corruption charges against Reddy, the TDP leader hinted at submitting all the evidence to the Lokayukta when the came up for hearing.
