The police have launched a search for the accused.
Raipur: Police have launched a drive to arrest a primary school teacher who forced students to strip and dance in Koria district of Chhattisgarh.
Khagesh Singh, 35, on Monday allegedly instructed several students aged seven years to remove their clothes and dance nude in a classroom of a Government-run primary school in Tedma village of Koria, 380 km from state capital Raipur.
"The parents are very upset with teacher's act. We have launched a search to arrest him at the earliest," Superintendent of Police (Koria) Ravindra Bhendia told IANS.
He said Singh, who is married and has a son, has been absconding since Monday.
"Singh was probably drunk when he forced students to dance nude in the school," Bhendia said.
