The Museum of the World, a cluster of museums, is a hidden treasure filled with knowledge. It is located in the quaint village of Vembayam in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The main attraction of the place is the religious book display of astonishing size which is believed to be the largest Bible museum in Asia which offers a memorable experience to believers and seekers alike.

It houses not just the Colossal Bible replica, but also various historically significant Bibles. The Museum has early Bibles printed after the invention of the printing press. There are 400-year-old Greek Bibles which prove the presence of Holy Scriptures across various languages and eras.

The Museum of the Word International Bible Theme Park is an exceptional way to understand biblical events, even for those who are unfamiliar with the Bible. The presentation of these events aims to make onlookers understand and appreciate the spiritual significance. Many people visit this theme park to witness the gigantic Bible. Recently, the Archbishop inaugurated the theme park and mentioned that it is not just an exhibition of artefacts. The theme park has been designed to make it informative and become a spiritual centre. It aims to make the Bible accessible and understandable for everyone.

It is soon going to become a major tourist destination not just for believers, but for history enthusiasts and museum lovers as well. The park’s major attractions are Paradise of Holiness Church which features relics of five thrones, nine saints and three holy figures; International Bible showcases displaying a wide variety of Bibles from different cultures and eras; Biblical art and replicas which show renowned Biblical art, Tabernacle, Jesus’s birthplace, Ark of the Covenant and Calvary and Spiritual Exhibits of artworks by world-renowned artists.

As per reports, visitors are not allowed to take photographs or do videography inside the museum. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The nearest railway station is the Trivandrum Central Railway Station and the nearest airport is Trivandrum TRV Airport.
