Ingredients to make Mango chutney:

1/2 cup of boiled or chopped raw mango pieces

1/2 cup of grated coconut

4 green chillies (can differ according to the taste)

1 tablespoon of urad dal

1 tablespoon of mustard seeds

Curry leaves

5 red chillies (can differ according to the taste)

Hing

Coconut oil

Salt (according to taste)

How to make the Mango chutney:

In a mixer jar, blend the boiled or chopped raw mango pieces, grated coconut, green chillies, and water. Blend it until it becomes a paste.

Then take a pan and put in coconut oil. Wait until the oil gets heated and then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chillies and urad dal. Cook it for sometime.

Then add the mango-coconut paste to the mixture and mix it well. The mango chutney is ready to serve. Try this chutney with idli, dosa or chapati.
