The Dhoom 3 fame actress said, “One day I came back from school and told my mother that I had fallen in love and I needed two Salwar Kameezes. She was sitting in the bed and was in the fainting stage. I told her not to tell anything and just buy me the salwar kameezes.” She added that she explained to her mother that she needed the dresses since the family of her boyfriend was Marwari and his family wanted her to wear salwar kameez.
Bipasha further explained that she turned vegetarian and changed her dressing preferences to marry him. “I told my mom, that from now on I will be vegetarian and only wear a salwar kameez as I want to marry him. So, my poor mom had no choice but to buy me a salwar kameez. See, I am a very loving girl. So, when I fall in love, I fall in love completely. The relationship didn’t last long because, after a few months, I came to Bombay,” she concluded.
The popular actress was in a relationship with actor Dino Morea from 1996 to 2002. On the sets of Jism, Bipasha fell in love with John Abraham and entered into a relationship with her co-star. Their relationship lasted till 2011. Later, she dated actor Harman Baweja, but the couple broke up in 2014.
Sometime late, Bipasha fell in love with her Alone co-star Karan Singh Grover. The couple tied the knot on April 30, 2016. On November 12, 2022, the celebrity duo welcomed an adorable daughter, Devi Basu Singh Grover.
