Akshay Kumar plays the goofy, fumbling, struggling lawyer Jolly in Subhash Kapoor's film Jolly LLB 2. A sequel of 2013's drama-comedy which had Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani in lead roles, the second part aims to take on pertinent issues of the society in a court-room drama, albeit in a quirky way. The film retains Saurabh Shukla in a judge's role and also includes Annu Kapoor in a prominent role. Huma Qureshi plays Akshay Kumar's love interest in the film. The film is set to release in February 2017.
