The television personality has been bravely undergoing stage three breast cancer treatment in Mumbai. Ever since the actress revealed her diagnosis, she has been sharing her struggles and victories on social media, offering hope to those facing similar challenges.
Amid her fight against this formidable disease, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star recently shared a touching video of her and a woman named Devi who inspires her. In the clip, Hina shared that their daily conversations have evolved into deep and meaningful exchanges with time. Now, they share personal stories candidly without any hesitation. Furthermore, the former Bigg Boss 11 contestant also revealed that they have developed a strong bond.
Devi can be heard saying in the video, “Humesha aapke liye dua hai. Aapko kuchh nahi hoga. Aap sahi salamat rahengi. Yahi bhagwan se dua hai. Humesha main aapke saath hun (I always pray for you. Nothing will happen to you. You will be safe. This is my prayer to God. I am always with you).”
Sharing the heartwarming video, Hina Khan stated, “Meet Devi. Another addition to the series of people who inspired me. We used to meet every day at the beach in Goa, and we became so friendly that we shared our stories without filters.” “Her raw generosity and affection without any self-interest will always stay close to my heart. In addition to this, the Bigg Boss fame recently dropped a close-up picture of her eye showing how she has lost almost all of her natural eyelashes due to chemotherapy. Sharing the picture on Instagram, she penned a note talking about her cancer treatment and current source of motivation.
“Wanna know what’s my current source of motivation? Once part of a mighty and beautiful brigade that adorned my eyes, my genetically long and beautiful lashes. This BRAVE, LONE WARRIOR my last standing Eyelash has fought it all beside me. Nearing the last cycle of my Chemo, this single eyelash is my MOTIVATION. We shall see this all through,” the note read.
Hina Khan is known for her performances in hit shows such as Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Naagin 5 and Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The star was also a part of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 11.
