Late actor Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Rain has officially filed for divorce from husband Louis Thornton-Allan. Meadow, who got married to her ex-partner in 2021 announced her separation in a joint statement in December last year. Within two months of the announcement, the former pair decided to officially part ways. The legal documents obtained by The Blast confirmed the news recently. Paul Walker, acclaimed for the popular Fast and Furious movie franchise died in a car crash on November 30, 2013.
Vin Diesel, a close friend of the late Hollywood star and also one of the cast members of the film walked Meadow down the aisle. Meadow Walker and Louis Thornton-Allan confirmed their relationship status in July 2021. They tied the knot within a few months after that in an intimate ceremony in the Dominican Republic. Back at that time, in an interaction with Vogue, Meadow revealed that the COVID-19-induced restrictions “impacted” the marriage plans.
Louis’ family and many of his close friends were unable to attend due to travel limitations. However, she called the wedding to be a “perfect and personal” celebration with “easy and simple” rituals. “Louis and I knew exactly what we wanted from the start. It was a very intimate celebration,” she said.

In a now-disappeared Instagram story, Meadow Walker and Louis Thornton-Allan shared a joint post that read, “After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate,” the statement read. “This is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy. We maintain mutual love and respect for one another, and will continue to support each other.”

Neither Meadow Walker nor Louis Thornton-Allan cited the reason for their divorce, only calling it a mutual decision. The duo have unfollowed each other on social media and deleted nearly every picture featuring them together.
Speaking of Paul Walker, the actor left for his heavenly abode when his daughter was just 15 years old. He was 40. After he passed away, Meadow continued the legacy of her father by founding The Paul Walker Foundation in 2015. The organisation is “dedicated to spontaneous acts of goodwill” that help in empowering youngsters and supporting the environment where they live.
