Prabhas' Kannappa And Ram Charan's Game Changer To Clash In December: Reports
Vishnu Manchu’s dream venture, Kannappa is all set to hit the theatres in December. Meanwhile, Game Changer too is expected to be released at Christmas.

Actor Prabhas, who recently delivered the blockbuster film Kalki 2898 AD with Ashwin Nag, is currently the buzz of the town. Recently, it was revealed on Balayya’s Unstoppable With NBK that Prabhas and Ram Charan are great friends. Their phone call on the show revealed that they share a great rapport and now the fans are overjoyed. While they are friends in real life, in reel-life, the duo are all set to clash with each other on the silver screens this December.

Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa is all set to hit the theatres in December. The film has been garnering much attention since its teaser release featuring high-octane action scenes. It will star Prabhas, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal. On July 18, Vishnu Manchu took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to announce the big update. He wrote, “December 2024 Kannappa (folded hands emoji) Har Har Mahadev.”

Meanwhile, Ram Charan and director Shankar’s big-budget film Game Changer is also likely to release in December. Previously, there were reports that the film would be released during Dussehra. Due to some delays, the film has now been postponed. Producer Dil Raju of Sri Venkateswara Creations was in attendance at the pre-release event of Dhanush’s Raayan in Hyderabad. While addressing the crowd, the audience screamed Game Changer. He reacted by smiling and said, “Game Changer? Let’s meet during Christmas.”

Ram Charan has wrapped up the shooting of Game Changer by July. The film is a political thriller which was written by Karthik Subbaraj. Directed by Shankar is likely to see lead actor Ram Charan in triple roles. Game Changer will star Kiara Advani, SJ Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, Srikanth, Sunil, Samuthirakani and Nassar.

Kannappa is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh which is centred around a staunch devotee of Hindu god Shiva. The film looks promising and the director aims to deliver magic on the silver screen. The big-budget venture is made under the banners of AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory. The film also stars Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam, Mukesh Rishi and Madhoo. It has been shot in Telugu and will be dubbed in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and English.
