Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been rumoured to be dating for some time now. Although the two have neither denied nor accepted the rumours, their joint appearances continue to give fodder to speculations. In what looks like a confirmation, in an interview with GQ magazine, Ranbir talked about his relationship with Alia in a new light.
When Ranbir was once again asked about whether he was dating the Highway star, the actor revealed that it was “too new” to talk about it.
As an actor, as a person, Alia is - what's the right word - flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I'm aspiring to for myself."
On being newly in love, Ranbir said, "It always comes with a lot of excitement. It's a new person, it comes with new beats. Old tricks become new tricks again - you know, being charming and romantic, all of that. I think I'm more balanced today. I value relationships more. I can appreciate hurt and what it does to a person much more than I could a couple years back."
Talking about the actor, Alia had earlier said that Ranbir was her childhood crush and how working with him on Brahmastra was a "dream come true" for her. While Ranbir had admitted to having a "boy crush" on her.
Meanwhile, ever since it has been announced that Alia and Ranbir would be uniting for Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, the fans have been eager to get their hands on anything and everything concerning the film. Earlier tentatively titled Dragon, Brahmastra was renamed and announced by producer Karan Johar on the 75th birthday of megastar Amitabh Bachchan. It is a fantasy adventure film, the first part of a trilogy and is expected to hit the screens on August 15 next year.
