In an exciting update, she recently announced the release date of her next song, titled Ghotala, scheduled to coincide with the film’s release on December 15.

In an interaction with News18 Lokmat, Gautami revealed that the song Ghotala is inspired by her own life. She expressed confidence that the audience would resonate with the song and urged her fans to shower it with the same love they’ve extended to her previous performances. Describing her experience with the song, Gautami mentioned, “I had a lot of laughs listening to it, so you will enjoy watching it too.” This dual release strategy on December 15 adds another layer of excitement for Gautami Patil’s fans.

Reportedly, Ghungroo is set to release in 100 theatres across Maharashtra. The film’s poster features Gautami Patil adorned in Lavni attire, marking her entry into the Marathi film industry. According to sources, the movie revolves around the lives of artists, emphasising the significance of women artists engaged in folk art centres, tamasha, and stage shows. The film is also expected to incorporate a compelling love story.

Speaking about the film, Gautami Patil shared her enthusiasm, stating, “Maja Ghungroo is coming. This movie is based on the artist’s life. Everyone should watch this movie rather than hear me talk more about it. It is a very nice film.” Shot in various locations across six states, including Maharashtra, Punjab, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, and Andhra Pradesh, the film is set to be released in six different languages, as mentioned by the director, Baba Gaikwad.
