Janhvi Kapoor always ensures to be her family’s biggest cheerleader. The actress has time and again, shown her support in their professional endeavours and never fails to express her love for them. Recently, her sister Khushi Kapoor and step-sister Anshula Kapoor attended a beauty event in town. Janhvi who couldn’t be there, took to her Instagram handle and shared a happy photo of the duo and wrote, “FOMO…My Pink Babies”.
In the pictures, Khushi and Anshula looked all things cute and gorgeous in shades of pink. They donned their brightest smiles for the shutterbugs.
Khushi who is Janhvi’s younger sister will soon be making her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. Speaking about her debut, Janhvi had earlier shared with News18, “It was the first time when I felt like I should just give up acting and maybe, I should just become like one of those on-set moms, who say, ‘Baby ke liye juice laao’, like a proper momager (laughs). What’s the point of any of it if I’m not able to be there for my family? But I’m doing it for. Hopefully, it will all be worth it,” she said.
She also revealed that Khushi is very straight-forward with her especially when it comes to her films. “Khushi is too straight-forward. She has no time for bullsh*t.” Speaking about how her younger sister reacts to her films, Janhvi said, “She watches my films and either says ‘very good’ or goes like ‘meh’. She doesn’t indulge in what could’ve happened. She just tells me to go to sleep and not fish for compliments too much. The most she will say is that it could have been better and so, I should work harder the next. She’s very to the point.”
On the work front, Janhvi was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal opposite Varun Dhawan. Janhvi is now gearing up for her debut in Telugu cinema with Koratala Siva’s directorial venture Devara with Jr. NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Prakash Raj. She will also be seen starring opposite Rajkummar Rao in the film Mr and Mrs Mahi. The film is directed by Sharan Sharma.
