Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani have announced a wrap on their upcoming movie SatyaPrem Ki Katha’s first shooting schedule in Mumbai. The film which is slated to release next year on June 29, will see Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani coming together for the second time after their blockbuster hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
Kartik Aaryan shared glimpses of the schedule wrap on his Instagram handle.In one of the videos, Kartik and Kiara are seen cutting a huge cake that has the film’s title written on it. After cutting the cake, Kiara smears the cake on Kartik’s face, but when he comes to do the same, she is seen urging him to not to do so. The film’s director Sameer Vidwans is also seen in the videos. Kartik and another crew member hold Sameer on their shoulders and dances around in a video.

Kiara Advani too took to her Instagram handle to announce the wrap for the first schedule of the National Award-winning director Sameer Vidwans’ film. Announcing the wrap, Kiara shared a video with her team who celebrated the end of the first schedule. Kiara Advani and the team would now resume the second schedule in Gujarat soon.

According to reports, Satnarayan Ki Katha became embroiled in a controversy in Madhya Pradesh. Sanskriti Bachao Manch, a Hinduist organisation, filed a memorandum on Saturday to register a criminal case against producer Sajid Nadiadwala in various Bhopal police stations. They also threatened Sajid with blackening his face if he visited Bhopal. The film starring Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan in the lead roles will release on June 29, 2023.
