These staff will help all the flyers, and make their boarding transition seamless. Under the project, the trained Air India staff on-grown will also assist the passengers in reaching lounge areas, boarding gates, or at arrival hall. Apart from this, Air India’s on-ground staff will also take care of common issues, which are usually faced by flyers such as missed flights, misconnections at airports, delayed baggage delivery, and others.
