11. Aizawl North-II is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Mizoram and is part of Mizoram Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Aizawl North-II falls in Aizawl district and Aizwal region of Mizoram. It is categorised as a urban seat.
There are a total of 22,510 voters in the seat, which includes 10,429 male voters, and 12,081 female voters. In the 2018 Mizoram elections, Aizawl North-II recorded a voter turnout of 79.09%. In 2013 the turnout was 80.11%, and in 2008 it was 80.2%.
In 2013, Lalthanliana of MPC won the seat by a margin of 311 votes (1.88%). Lalthanliana secured 41.53% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 266 votes (1.87%), registering 36.52% of the total votes polled.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, IND led in the Aizawl North-II Assembly segment of the Mizoram Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
