Faizabad: In a fresh salvo against Bharatiya Janata Party's PM nominee Narendra Modi, Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Thursday said that the Gujarat CM was behaving as if he was already elected the Indian Prime Minister.
Sonia who was campaigning in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, said, "The tone of BJP's PM candidate shows as if the election results are in and that he has become the Prime Minister."
"He (Modi) has forgotten that it is the people who will decide the fate and not him," she added.
Modi was on Wednesday booked for violating the code of conduct after casting his vote in Ahmedabad. Two FIRs was filed against him by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch.
Sonia and Modi who have been firing salvoes against each other ever since they bengan campaigning for Lok Sabha elections.
