Jeethu Joseph is among the most popular filmmakers in the Malayalam film industry. He works predominantly in Malayalam cinema but has also made Tamil and Telugu films. He is best known for creating the Drishyam franchise. All the films in his franchise have been superhits at the box office and received a tremendous response from the audience. The filmmaker has a special bond with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, and the duo were recently seen in the highly-anticipated film Neru. The courtroom drama has become a huge hit and is still going strong. Recently, the motion title poster of an upcoming film – presented by Jeethu Joseph – has been released.
The poster of Jeethu Joseph’s next project has been unveiled today for the audience. In the clip, a desert, train and rail lines are visible. Then, the faces of the lead artists of the film appear. The title of the film is Level Cross. The film will be directed by Arfaz Ayyub, who was Jeethu Joseph’s chief associate and has worked with the filmmaker on many hit projects. The project stars Asif Ali, Amala Paul, and Sharafu Dheen in the lead roles.

As per reports, the film will be produced by Ramesh P Pillai under the banner of Abhishek Films. This is the same producer and banner that produced Jeethu Joseph-Mohanlal’s upcoming big-budget film Ram. This will also be the first Malayalam film to be released under his production. Apart from that, it has been found that there is a great lineup of artists involved in the production of this film. Vishal Chandrasekhar, the music director of Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Sita Ramam, is composing the music for Level Cross. The makers have also revealed that the film is expected to hit theatres in 2024.
Neru is the latest success in Malayalam cinema. The film hit theatres on December 21 as a Christmas release and entered the Rs 50 crore club at the global box office in just 9 days. Apart from Mohanlal, the film also stars Priya Mani in the lead role.
